They are both professional and were good communicators when explaining the steps for the removal of our old system and installation of the new one. The installation went smoothly and the clean up and removal of the old equipment was completed without any incident. Both Romney and Noah made sure we understood the new thermostat, answered our questions and showed us how to replace the air filter for the furnace and the simple recommended cleaning of the A/C ( as needed). It was a pleasure to work with both of them."

"You need to hire these guys. I've shopped around for HVAC provider's in the Rocklin/Roseville area (gone through a dozen) for maintenance and new systems. A couple times I had a new company come out each day for a few days just to see what kind of "issue" they'd try to sell me (all highly rated) and it was always something different with each company (no one provided the same diagnostic) and leaving with a high pressure sales tactic to fix the phantom issue before they left. Rocklin Heating & Air has always provided a good system status and educational overview and never tried to upsell me on any phantom issue or something I most likely didn't need. They have great pricing, are courteous and professional. I've purchased a new system from them and they worked patiently with me on price and options. I also picked up their annual maintenance plan, they call every 6 months to come out and take a look at my systems, super flexible."

"Technician showed up on time, was friendly and went straight to work! He was extremely competent and determined what was wrong in 5 minutes. He cleaned the flame sensor in the furnace that was not working correctly. He then went on to the second furnace that was working and cleaned the flame sensor without me even asking! (We have two furnaces in our home). I’m so impressed. Rocklin Heating then charged only my original $99.00 service charge. I definitely would recommend using this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. I know I’ll use them again in the future."
