I want to make sure that the aircon and heating I got back in Sept last year works because Rocklin Heating and Air offered me the lowest price from all 6 companies I ask quotation from. Jacob was direct and laid all the pros and cons and the best option as a professional of this field. He gave me all the possible discount I can get as a medical professional. The installers whom I forgot their names were pros! They redeemed me from the scammer company which my home warranty insurance got me. The final verdict…during the last bout of summer our house is cool and comfortable and this winter our home was warm as we want it. And my bills are way below than i had in the last 3 years. So yes! This company deserves a 5 or even 10 stars!"

"Installation of our home's new heat pump was today. The crew was here at the expected time, and went out of their way to meet two special requests we had made. Did what was needed to place the outside unit where we had asked, even when it took a bit more time and materials. When something went sideways at the end of the install (the thermostat needed a software update to work with the newly redesigned outside unit -- yes, this is this year's high end residential Carrier system -- and it wasn't getting a good signal from my wifi) they had a spare thermostat, updated it at their shop, and had someone drive it to the work site. Good people, had the skill and resources to overcome obstacles, got the job done right, whatever it took. Well done."

"We just had Rocklin Heat Air team install our Carrier 4 ton heat pump. What a professional hard working team. 4 guys. Everett, Low, Gerarld, and Elliott. These guys rock ! Each person going about installing several components. We had a whole house fan, attic fan, Everett mostly took care of outside heat pump. Low on the inside with the interior fan blower system together with Elliott n Gerald taking care of whole house fan n attic fan. Incredible ! Even had 10 bags blown in insulation in the attic to supplement our 20 yr home old insulation. Thanks guys. System works well. We'll test it out for the long term. I'm sure it's a good system. 5 stars plus . Thanks again."

"The tech arrived on time ready to service my heater as requested. I asked if he could install a new air conditioner capacitor just to be ready for the summer season. He agreed as long as he had time. He finished in the attic and headed to the air conditioner unit. The capacitor was in fact bad so he installed a new one and checked the unit over as well. I then asked if he knew how to get into my gas fireplace. I had a log that had tipped over. He was able to help with that as well. Joe is an asset to the company. I highly recommend the company and his service."

If new parts are needed, they are ordered immediately so the A/C can get back up right away. They are also able to check the warranty on our units to determine whether or not an existing system is covered under warranty. "We got 5 quotes on a new hvac system and even though Rocklin Heating wasn’t necessarily the cheapest, the tech (Joe) who came out to provide the estimate spent the most time assessing things, came across sincere and professional. I also felt the least amount of pressure from them. On installation day, 3 guys showed up bright and early. They were led by Lo, who literally spent hours up in the hot attic. He’s an hard worker. All 3 were very polite, respectful, professional and worked hard. They also put up with my hyperactive dog.
